The hearing in the trial against the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik and the acting director of the “Official Gazette” Miloš Lukić, which was scheduled for today, was canceled due to the illness of the defense witness, Srna was told in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The witness who was supposed to be heard today was hospitalized at the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska, and medical documentation was submitted to the Court.
“Due to hospitalization and treatment, the witness could not attend the scheduled hearing. Dodik’s defense did not present an alternative proposal of evidence for the aforementioned hearing, and the Court had to cancel the scheduled hearing,” according to the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The lawyer of the President of the RS, Goran Bubić, previously told Srna that the hearing was postponed to July 17.
