More than 1.500 residents of the Municipality Vogošća will join the action “Čista Vogošća” (Clean Vogošća), which will be organized today.
Activities of this action, which is organized for the fourth year in a row, foresee the cleaning of the entire Vogošća Municipality, and in the action are involved political parties, sports and veterans association, environmental sections, primary and secondary schools, kindergartens, NGOs and citizens.
President of the Mountaineering Association “Planinar” from Vogošća Uzeir Merdžanović said for Agency Fena that participants of this action will go out at nine and clean.
Cleaning activities are planned until 14:00, followed by a lunch at the premises of Red Cross.
The goal of this action is to raise environmental awareness to young people and citizens on the importance of preserving the environment clean.
Municipality Vogošća is the organizer of this action.
