1.6 million BAM worth Property of Energoinvest on Sale?

The Privatization Agency of the FBiH announced a public call for the sale of properties in the possession of Energoinvest Ltd. Sarajevo, by the method of direct negotiation.

Business premises in Tuzla and a building and land in the settlement of Donji Butmir in Sarajevo, are on sale, and their joint starting price is 1.63 million BAM.

The starting price of premises in Tuzla is 112.644 BAM, and the price of the building and land in Donji Butmir is 1.520.708 BAM.

Offers are submitted directly or by certified mail to the address of the Privatization Agency of the FBiH by December 19, at 4.00 PM, while direct negotiations with bidders will take place in premises of PA FBiH in Sarajevo on December 22.
