The Council of Ministers of BiH gave support for the adoption of the draft on an increase in excise duties on oil, oil products and fuel oil.
The ministers gave their opinion on the request for the increase of excise duties on fuel by 15 pfennigs per liter, and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Excise will be available shortly before state lawmakers.
To recall, the term for the adoption of amendments to the Law on Excise, as one of the basic requirements of the IMF for the next tranche of loans, is rescheduled for 31st March. The original deadline of 24th March 2017, has not been met.
