Elektroprenos BiH to invest 36 Million BAM

Law on Electrical Energy radiosarajevo.baThe Assembly of Shareholders of Elektroprenos BiH, which was chaired by Prime Ministers of Republika Srpska Zeljko Cvijanovic and the Federation of BiH Fadil Novalić. On the meeting, the financial plan of Elektroprenos BiH for the period 2017-2019, in the amount of 122 million BAM.

Novalić stressed that the business and financial condition of the company is very good.

He expressed satisfaction with the fact that this company is planning to invest around 36 million BAM.

Cvijanovic said that this is a successful company that employs a large number of people and fulfills its obligations to the state.

On the Shareholders’ Meeting, it was announced that there will be new employments in this company.

Cvijanovic and Novalić presided over the regular session as representatives of shareholders of common BH companies for power transmission.

Moreover, they adopted the decision of the Board on investments in facilities in the amount of million euros, confirmed the director of Elektroprenos BiH Mate Zaric.

The initial capital of the company available to shareholders in the ratio of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 58.90 per cent and 41.10 per cent of the Republika Srpska.
