Ambassador Ogawa oslobodjenje.baSocial welfare institutions throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina will get additional 80 new generation vehicles that are purchased as part of help of Japan to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The vehicles will be handed tomorrow to the socially vulnerable, people with disabilities and the elderly.

As part of this grant, the Government of Japan has provided about 7.2 million BAM. In October 2016, 40 vehicles that use environmentally clean diesel were handed.

Ministry of Civil Affairs will distribute 80 hybrid vehicles to 80 institutions in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Republika Srpska and Brcko District.

Vehicles that use environmentally clean diesel and hybrid vehicles are environmentally friendly and use Japan’s advanced technology and are so called ‘new generation vehicles’.

Embassy of Japan wishes for this project to be another symbol of friendship of peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Japan.

The handover ceremony in Sarajevo will be attended by the Minister of Civil Affairs Adil Osmanovic and Ambassador of Japan to BiH Kazuya Ogawa.
