Moore: “The delay of the elections is not an option”

“The delay of the elections is not an option,” said Jonathan Moore, the Chief of the OSCE Mission in BiH, commenting on the issue of amending the Election Law in BiH.
Moore noted that the OSCE Mission was the sponsor of a working group dealing with the reform of electoral legislation. Unfortunately, they have not reached an agreement on all open issues.
Moreover, he also noted that the OSCE and the Council of Europe have certain recommendations in this context, but that there are new judicial decisions as well.
