Central Election Commission confirmed Zoran Tegeltija fulfills all the necessary Conditions

The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed at a session on Thursday that the candidate for the chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Zoran Tegeltija, fulfills all the necessary conditions for the appointment prescribed by the BiH Election Law.

Namely, acting on the request of the BiH Presidency, as the authority responsible for appointing the Chairman of the Council of Ministers of BiH, the CEC of BiH is in accordance with and on the basis of the authority referred to in Article 10b. and 10c. Of the Law on the Council of Ministers of BiH determined that the proposed candidate for the Chair of the Council of Ministers of BiH, Zoran Tegeltija, fulfills all the necessary conditions for appointment prescribed by the BiH Election Law.

The BiH Central Election Commission, during the screening process, determined that the proposed candidate is currently serving as a Member of Parliament in the Republika Srpska National Assembly.
