The first autumn rain in Mostar caused floods in several localities and traffic collapse, reflecting the longstanding problems of the communal infrastructure of the city on the Neretva River.
After the rainfall on Friday night and on Saturday, city roads, playgrounds, entrances to residential buildings and public institutions are underwater.
In the entire Mostar area, heavy rain and thunderstorms have been falling since the morning hours, and heavy thunderstorms with strong winds in the afternoon, Vijesti.ba news portal reports.
