Decrease in Number of Telephone Lines, SMS Messages sent and Telephone Subscribers

The total number of fixed telephone lines of dominant operators in 2019 was 583.729 which represents a decrease of 6,2% compared to 2018, and also, a  total number of own subscribers of alternative operators in 2019 was 144.593 which shows an increase of 3,6,% compared to the previous year, according to Information from Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The total traffic of fixed telephone network in the year of 2019 was 1.153.251.033 minutes which shows a decrease of 16,6% compared to 2018, and the total outgoing domestic traffic alternative operators in the year of 2019 was 306.516.505minutes which shows a decrease of 5,1% compared to the previous year.

The number of mobile telephone subscribers in 2019 was 3.755.521 which shows a slight increase of 8,5%

The total traffic of the mobile telephone network in the last year was 2.203.500.616 which shows a slight increase 0,2% compared to the previous yeThe number

The number of SMS messages sent in 2019 year decreased by 8,1%, compared to 2018, and also, the total number of fixed Internet subscribers in the year of 2019 was 746.271

The number of subscribers of mobile Internet via standard mobile broadband access in the year of 2019 was 1.544.760.
