Security Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina met with NATO Commander

Security Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina Selmo Cikotic met on Monday in Sarajevo with General of NATO Headquarters in Bosnia and Herzegovina General William Edwards, Austrian Ambassador Ulrike Hartmann, Saudi Arabian Ambassador Hani Abdullah M. Mominah and UNHCR Representative Lucie Gagne.

At the meeting, which was inaugural, the interlocutors discussed the current situation, as well as the biggest security and humanitarian challenges facing BiH – the migrant crisis and the fight against the coronavirus pandemic.

Congratulating Minister Cikotic on his appointment, the interlocutors expressed readiness to support him in facing and resolving challenges, and expressed the importance of continuing good and successful cooperation between the Ministry and security agencies with international partners.
