Police arrested a Man in Sarajevo who killed Pedestrian and escaped

The investigation of the traffic accident that happened last night at the location of the Mostar crossroad (Mostarsko Raskrsce) has been completed. The investigation was led by the duty prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of the Sarajevo Canton, and it was established that due to this traffic accident, a pedestrian of S.E. initials (1953),  died at the scene of the accident, confirmed to Fena news agency by the spokesman of the Ministry of the Interior of Canton Sarajevo Mirza Hadziabdic.

The driver who caused this traffic accident left the scene after the accident but was quickly caught and found near Blazuj, after which he was arrested on suspicion of committing a serious crime against public traffic safety and failing to provide medical assistance to the injured person.

”Police officers during the day after the criminal investigation of the person suspected of this traffic accident of N.P. initials, born in 1978 will be handed over to the acting prosecutor of the Cantonal Prosecutor’s Office of Canton Sarajevo, said Hadziabdic.

Unofficially, the perpetrator is Naser Palislamovic, who has been known to the police since before. Among other things, he was accused of a terrorist attack on the Bugojno Police Station on June 27, 2010, when police officer Tarik Ljubuskic was killed.
