Grading KGM plans to build a residential-business building with 18 floors in Sarajevo. The modern building, in which smart apartments are planned, is planned in Lozionicka Street.

As they say from this company for eKapija, an acre of land was purchased and two flanks are planned. The entire usable area will be 30,000 m2 and more than 300 apartments will be available to buyers.

The first two floors of this modern residential-business facility will be reserved for the business part, and the rest will consist of flats. There are also three underground floors. The construction of the project is in progress, and the first works, according to investors, will begin at the end of 2018.

Grading KGM entered into the work of housing construction in Sarajevo after successfully completing several projects in Zenica, including a large residential and business complex Makovi.

They still need to construct two more flanks in Makovi and in one of the central Zenica streets they plan to build a smaller, luxurious building.

Grading KGM has been engaged in designing, building and construction works for more than 20 years and also offers steel structures and carpentry.
