SDP party President Nermin Niksic reacted to HDZ leader Dragan Covic’s statements about the territorial reorganization of Bosnia and Herzegovina, this party announced.
“Who is talking about what before the elections, millionaires and profiteers about war and war, great ideologies and ethnic entities,” said Niksic.
Dragan Covic should be clear, he says, that the term territorial organization does not mean the same as ethnic domination.
“Yes, I agree that we also need territorial reorganization, that we don’t have a hundred ministers, 13 prime ministers and 11 health systems. We need a state structure that can serve the citizens, not the political oligarchies of the SDA, HDZ and SNSD. We saw how the SDA and HDZ reorganized the system on the example of the Ministry of Interior of the Herzegovina Neretva Canton. Niksic believes that it is easy and simple to agree on the division of political control along party lines.
He says that there is a lot more “inventing crises to hide the inability to solve any of the real, real life problems of people”.
“Finally, let me say that the SDP BiH is also preparing an extensive proposal for constitutional and electoral reforms, which would ensure the rights of all, and not deny them to anyone. Of course, we are doing this in parallel with the preparation of an extensive program in which we offer solutions for the catastrophic existential situation in which territorial reformers, separatists and profiteering monoliths have brought us,” says Niksic.
