19th Vivicitta Street Race Sarajevo was held this weekend

utrkaIn organisation of Sports Association of Sarajevo Canton (SASC) and sponsored by Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Culture and Sports, this weekend the 19th Vivicitta Street Race was held in Sarajevo, reports Oslobođenje.

Secretary General of SASC Tarik Curić said to Oslobođenje that this race was successfully finished, and the most important thing was that it did not rain.

Race started near BBI Centre, through Musala street, Obala, Vijećnica, Mula Mustafe Bašeskije and Tito’s Street until the finish line.

Three rounds were run, or 12 kilometres, and everything went as smooth as possible.

First three places won the awards, 300 BAM for the first, 200 BAM for the second, and 100 BAM for the third.

The first woman to finish the race was Biljana Cvijanović from Doboj, second Selma Zrnić from Sarajevo and Rahima Žunić from Tuzla won the third place.

The first man to finish the race was Goran Stoiljković from Belgrade, second was Velimir Vojović from Leposavić and the third place was won by Uroš Kutlešić from Užice.
