In the Norwegian cities of Oslo, Drammen, Sarpsborg, Lillehammer, Kristiansand, Stavanger, Bergen and Trondheim, citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina in that Scandinavian country marked the 25th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide on Saturday.
They carried a poster with a “QR code” that Norwegians, after scanning, could find detailed and accurate information about the Srebrenica genocide.
Due to the coronavirus situation, printed material could not be shared making the “QR code” a practical solution, and the team members wore white T-shirts with the number of victims.
The events in Sarpsbourg and Oslo were attended by the Ambassador of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the Kingdom of Norway, Nedim Makarevic, who emphasized that it is extremely important to bring the 25th anniversary of the Srebrenica genocide closer to the Norwegian public.
He thanked the citizens of BiH for their promptness and activities in the realization of events in almost the entire territory of Norway.
