3.000 Participants Will March on Igman on Saturday

igmanski-marsThe 72nd anniversary of the Igman march, one of the partisan army operations during the national liberation battle of World War II, will be marked by the traditional hike on Igman and other events on Saturday at Velika Polja.

“We are expecting a big number of participants. We foresee about 3000 participants. Every year, there are more and more participants and we are especially proud of the large participation of young people” said for Fena the President of the Organizational Board Ibrahim Durmo.

The bus departure is schedule at 9.30 from Hadžić. The formation of the column and the march towards Velika Polja will start at 11:00, and the start of the event on Igman at Velika Polja is scheduled at 13:00.
