ramazanski festival 2This year’s, third traditional edition of the Ramadan Book Festival (RFK) will be held from July 16th to July 26th in front of the BBI centre in Sarajevo (Square of the Children of Sarajevo).

This year’s edition of the RFK will offer participation of Bosnian publishers and booksellers from across the country.

As before, this edition will offer a wide range of activities among which offering gifts to the citizens remains one of it’s main goals.

“Respecting our every year tradition of collecting and donating books to the libraries in need we have so far supported libraries in Zvornik and Bosanska Dubica. This year, as a reply to the library’s director, we have decided to support the Maglaj Library where 70 % of the books were ruined in the recent floods”, was announced by RFK.

Thanks to local sponsors, free and complimentary distribution of somuni (traditional bread) as well as various other products will be organized on a daily basis.
