The footwear factory “Dermal” is recording constant increase in the number of employees as well as the constant expansion of production capacities ever since it was extablished. They are currently employing 800 people in two plants, 600 in Kotor Varos and another 200 workers in Knezevo.

They sell 80 % of their production on the foreign market. They export to Germany, Austria, France, Italy, Slovakia, and all the ex-Yugoslavian countries. They produce 4.500 pairs of footwear every day.

The Prime Minister of the Government of the RS, Zeljka Cvijanovic, visited this company and noted that Dermal is a successful company that employs 800 workers, which confirms the improvement of the economic situation in the RS.

“It is a real pleasure to see that this collective, as well as other factories in Kotor Varos, give their contribution to employment and that this municipality managed to get the level of unemployment to a pre-war level,” said PM Cvijanovic.
