BBI Bank organizes business meetings with businessmen and investors in the world and the region as part of preparations for the upcoming Sarajevo Business Forum, which will be held on April 25 and 26, in Sarajevo.

Nedim Sahovic and Azra Colic from BBI Bank and BBI VIP Business Club presented potentials for investing in BiH and the region of Southeastern Europe to investors from Bahrain.

Businessmen Jawad Al Hawaj, the president of the Al Hawaj Group and the president of the BH Bahrain Society, shared his positive experiences from the Sarajevo Business Forum. He participated in the SBF last year. He also announced the arrival of a large delegation of business people in Sarajevo with the aim to try to agree on a cooperation in direct contact with domestic businessmen.

It is planned for the representatives of the BBI VIP Club to organize meetings with the leading institutional and private investors from this country in the next few days in Bahrain and also to present the investment and tourism potentials of BiH and the entire region of Southeast Europe.

The organizer of the largest and most important investment conference in the region is Bosna Bank International (BBI) in cooperation with the Islamic Development Bank (IDB).

This year’s SBF will reveal several projects in fields of agriculture, energy, education, finance, infrastructure, construction, services, tourism and other development sectors. The conference was attended by 8,000 participants from more than 50 countries in the last eight years (since 2010), when the first Sarajevo Business Forum was held, and the SBF and BiH hosted more than 20 presidents and/or prime ministers. Moreover, more than 3,000 companies participated in the work of the SBF and more than 1,500 direct business meetings were organized, while the work of the SBF was followed by more than 2,000 journalists from all around the world, and they sent a message about BiH and the region as a great destination for investment.
