65 Years of NATO: Peace, Security and Development in Europe

natoNATO Headquarters in Sarajevo, in cooperation with the Ministry of External Affairs of B&H, is organizing the panel discussion under the name: “65 years of NATO: peace, security and development in Europe”. The discussion will be held on 24th April at 13:30 in Hotel Europe.

During the discussion, the short overview on the Alliance’s activities in the last 65 years will be done and will be the base for the discussions about the current relations between NATO and Bosnia-Herzegovina.

The following reputable quests will take participation in the discussion:

Ms. Ana Trišić Babić- the Vice Minister of External Affairs and the representative of the Commission for NATO integration process Council of Ministers of B&H

Mr. Ted Whiteside-the Vice Assistant of the General Secretary, Section of NATO for public diplomacy

Mr. Nicholas Hill-dispatcher of business in the Embassy of the USA in Bosnia-Herzegovina

Brigadier General Merle D. Hart-the commander of NATO headquarters in Sarajevo.

During the panel discussion, the questions for the participants of the panel will be envisaged. Moreover, the event will be symbolically celebrated with the cutting of a NATO cake.
