654 Persons are Positive on Coronavirus in Bosnia and Herzegovina

The Crisis Staff on Sunday confirmed five new cases of coronavirus infection from Livno and they are linked to the first-infected man from Livno, who was placed in the isolation block of the Infectious Diseases Clinic in Mostar on Saturday, Klix.ba news portal reports.

“All five newly infected people are associated with a hospitalized person from Livno, who has been confirmed to be infected with the COVID-19 virus and who is attached to a respirator,” Canton 10’s Minister of Health and Social Welfare Vasilja Broceta told Fena news agency.

A total of 654 persons are infected, 30 are recovered and 21 deceased.

According to the information provided by the Civil Protection Staff, the injured man came from Banja Luka seven days ago and is an employee of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Situation by cities and municipalities in BiH is as following:
