69 New Cases of Coronavirus in Bosnia and Herzegovina in only One Day

In Bosnia and Herzegovina, 69 people were infected with coronavirus in the last 24 hours, 53 in Republika Srpska and 16 in Federation of BiH, according to Avaz news portal.

627 laboratory samples have been tested at University Clinical Centre Republika Srpska in Banja Luka.

According to the place of residence, 26 persons are from Banja Luka, 10 are from Doboj, three each are from Laktasi and Derventa. A total of 13 people have been hospitalized, while others will be isolated in accordance with defined procedures.

A total of 23 persons did not indicate an epidemiological link to the positive case, while the others referred to contact with the positive person.

Coronavirus was confirmed with four nurses and one doctor of medicine at the University Clinical Center of RS.

Also, 73 employees of the University Clinical Center of RS were tested and these findings were negative.

Within the framework of active surveillance, 59 health workers were tested in the past 24 hours, the findings of which were negative.
