Three related film screenings from the program of film collectives will open tomorrow at 19:15 in Kino Meeting Point the 8th Pravo Ljudski Film Festival in Sarajevo. ‘’Be Seeing You’’, by Chris Marker and Mario Marret, ‘’, ‘’La Charniere’’ by Medvedkin group, Antoine Bonfanti and Pol Cèbe and ‘’Class of Struggle’’ by Medvedkin Group, which will show the struggle of French workers for the right of access to culture that, according to them, was a factor of class difference at the end of the 1960’s.
After the screenings there will be a discussion with Inger Servolin, one of the founders of SLON and the Medvedkin group, and producer who worked with Chris Marker. The selection of film collectives will present 23 films.
The 8th Pravo Ljudski Film Festival this year will be held from 13-18 November and in five selections will show 70 films from more than 40 countries.
As part of the festival, there will be a workshop of documentary film for youth ‘’Who saw a video’’, with tutors Vladimir Tomić, Guillermo Carreras Candi and the winner of the festival in 2011 Srđan Keča.
The entrance to all screenings is free.
