Official promotion of the eight generation of attendees of police training was held yesterday in Mostar, at the premises of the Agency for education and professional training of staff.
At the ceremony, 99 cadets of the Border Police of BiH took the oath. They completed the basic first-level training for the rank “police officer” in the Agency for education and professional training of staff.
Branko Vukoja, Director of the Agency for education and professional training of staff, handed over the certificates to the cadets, after which the cadets took the oath in front of Dragan Mektić, Minister of Security of BiH, and Zoran Galić, Director of the Border Police of BiH.
Vukoja congratulated the cadets on successfully completed training, emphasizing that during the training they have demonstrated seriousness and persistence in acquiring theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for the job that they will perform. Vukoja pointed out that they will all start working in the Border Police of BiH in several days. Training lasted 12 months and had three stages. First stage was implemented through theoretical education with practical skills, while the second stage, the practical-operational training, was implemented in the Border Police of BiH. The third and the final stage was implemented through situational lectures and eventually the final exam.
Miloš Đokić showed extraordinary success among 99 cadets. Thanks to his efforts and commitment, he was declared the cadet of the generation and received a letter of appreciation and a plaque. Official ceremony was attended by high officials of judiciary and executive authority, security agencies on all levels in BiH, representatives of international organizations, as well as numerous families and friends.
