Who are the Winners of Avaz Tower Running?

avazThe 6th vertical marathon “Avaz Tower Running” is part of the activities with which the Group ‘Avaz’ celebrates 25 years of successful business.

More than 200 participants from BiH and the region confirmed participation, and run through 36 floors, 780 steps of the tallest building in the region.

Competitors in the men’s and women’s categories, children and recreationalists, humane stars and journalists showed endurance and were part of the spectacle, which is in range with those organized in the world capitals.

Children’s race took place within the “Avaz Tower Running 2016”, and the youngest ones run until the 3rd floor of “Avaz” tower.

The winner of this race was Ismar Hiseni. The second was Anes Klacar, and the third place went to Filip Vranjic.

The next race was the race for journalists and humane stars. The fastest was journalist of portal bhfudbal.ba Kenan Cinac.

“This is a truly great event. Last year I was third, but this year I was better prepared and this is the result,” said Cinac after the race.

In the women’s race, the first was Vladana Gavranovic who finished the race in 5 minutes and 28 seconds. This is her 4th victory in vertical marathon “Avaz Tower Running”. On the 35th floor of the tower, the second came Adela Comor, and third place went to Sanja Kavaz.

Belmin Mrkanovic won in men’s race in vertical marathon. Second place went to Osman Junuzovic, and the third place went to Sanel Djuliman.

The award for 3rd place in both categories is 200 BAM and gift of sponsors, the award for 2nd place was 500 BAM and a gift, and 1,000 BAM and gifts from sponsors for the 1st place.

13335412_1775788025991207_193080999_nAnother spectacular race, the 6th vertical marathon, was finished in the great atmosphere and sport spirit. A large number of visitors enjoyed the event, which gathers more and more participants every year.

Almir Sokolovic, the President of the Organizing Committee, thanked the participants and visitors, sponsors and friends of “Avaz Roto Press”.
