A Billion of BAM collected on the Account of Public Revenues of the RS in Five Months

The Tax Administration of the RS collected a total of 1.01 billion BAM on the account of public revenues of this entity, which is by 58.7 million BAM or 6 % more in comparison to the same period of 2017.

Direct taxes were collected in the total amount of 243.5 million BAM, which is by 30.9 million BAM or 15 % more than in the same period last year.

The largest increase in this segment of public revenues was recorded in profit taxes, which were collected in the total amount of 125 million BAM, which represents an increase of 18.7 million BAM.

The total amount of income taxes was increased by 8 %, as well as the taxes on real estates, which amounted to 9.1 million BAM in the first five months of this year. This amount is by 4.2 million BAM higher in comparison to the same period last year.

A total of 589.6 million BAM was collected for the contributions, which is by 17.5 million BAM or 3 % more in comparison to the five months of 2017.

The Healthcare Insurance Fund collected a total of 210.7 million BAM or 2 % less than in the same period last year.
