sahranaAfter two carnivals that were held in the gym hall of the Catholic School Center St. Francis in Tuzla, students and teachers of this school showed today their interesting creations, as a part of the traditional carnivals, to the citizens of Tuzla on a ceremonial parade from their school to Sloboda (freedom) square.

They prepared masks and costumes as police, criminals, fairies, elves, trumpeters, doctors, undertakers, etc. for days.

A coffin in which “Government of Tuzla Canton” was written was taken throughout the promenade and students who “buried” the government said that the time has come for changes in Tuzla Canton.

The best masks of this year’s carnival will be awarded by a special jury, and students could not hide their satisfaction for showing their creations to citizens of Tuzla, who accompanied them with smiles and applause.
