It was confirmed that Sarajevo will be connected with Podgorica and Tirana by direct airlines.

This means that Sarajevo International Airport has successfully concluded negotiations with tourist entities and the Montenegrin airline Air Montenegro. Flights to Podgorica and Tirana will operate during the summer flight schedule, i.e. from June 19th to September 18th this year.

Charter flights to Tirana will be available every Monday with departure from Sarajevo at 9:40 a.m., and regular flights to Podgorica are also planned on Mondays at 12:40 a.m.

Sarajevo Airport believes that the establishment of the mentioned airlines is the result of their proactive actions and that they play a key role in the development of tourism and connecting Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) through air traffic.

They reminded that their goal is for BiH capital to be connected to as many cities in the world as possible. They announced that citizens can expect the arrival of new airlines in the coming period, i.e. connection with attractive destinations, Klix.ba reports.
