A Lifeless Body of a Citizen of Libya found near BiH’s Capital

The body of a migrant from Libya whose initials are S.M (31) was found in the migration camp “Blažuj” near Sarajevo.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Sarajevo Canton stated that during the investigation, no traces of violence were observed on the body, and an autopsy will be performed on the order of the prosecutor.

Yesterday morning, at 9:05 a.m., it was reported to the Ilidža Police Department that a body had been found, and the doctor of the Institute of Emergency Medicine confirmed the death of the mentioned person, the Canton Sarajevo Ministry of Internal Affairs announced today.

The investigation was carried out by the duty prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Canton of Sarajevo, police officers of the cantonal Ministry of Internal Affairs and an authorized medical expert.

The Ministry of Interior stated that the work on documenting the said event continues.
