The meeting was held at the Swissotel Hotel in Sarajevo, and in addition to the NS/FS BiH, the presidents and general secretaries of football/football associations from Southeast Europe gathered in our capital.

Also, the highest UEFA officials, led by President Aleksander Čeferin and Director of National Associations Zoran Laković, actively participated in the meeting.

In his opening remarks, the President of the NS/FS BiH Vico Zeljković welcomed the attendees with a fitting speech, who, among other things, emphasized the importance of regional cooperation in the development of football, emphasizing that joint work and exchange of experiences can contribute to the improvement of competitions and infrastructure. He also thanked UEFA for its continued support, especially through the HatTrick program, which enables investments in the development of football projects across Europe. Vico Zeljković expressed his wish that through the joint positions of football/football associations from Turkey to Slovenia in UEFA institutions, we would further strengthen the status of all countries in the region.

The participants also attended useful lectures by UEFA representatives, with Denis Bastari speaking about the HatTrick program, Olivier Doglia on the development of football and support for national associations, while Ven Vincent gave a presentation on protecting the integrity of the competition.

Holding such an important meeting in Sarajevo once again confirms the reputation of the NS/FS BiH on the international football scene, as well as the successful leadership of President Vice Zeljković in strengthening regional and European cooperation.
