The request of Željka Cvijanović, a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina from the RS, to hold a session of the Entity Parliament where her veto of the Presidency’s conclusion passed by overvoting on October 10 would be considered in the National Assembly of Republika Srpska today.
In her statement, Cvijanović stated that the conclusion of the BiH Presidency, for which no consensus was reached, is very harmful to the entity’s vital interests.
The conclusion is basically a call to the international community, the EU, the surrounding countries, the guarantors of the Dayton Agreement, to end and prevent the separatist policy of the authorities in Banja Luka and endangering the security and constitutional order of Dayton Bosnia and Herzegovina.
On Monday, the collegium of the National Assembly will decide on scheduling a special session, and if 2/3 of the deputies support Željka Cvijanović’s veto, the Presidency’s decision will be null and void.
