Near Travnik, there was a traffic accident today involving three vehicles, and the EUFOR helicopter transported the injured Italian to the hospital.

On the Travnik – Turbe highway section, three vehicles were involved in the traffic accident, of which two were passenger vehicles and one was a cargo motor vehicle.

The spokesperson of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Central Bosnian Canton, Hasan Hodžić, told Klix.ba that two people were injured.

“The driver J. Š. from Travnik, who was driving a Mercedes motor vehicle, the Italian citizen A. B., who was driving a Hyundai, and the Škoda driver A. Š. from Jajce took part in the accident, and there were no serious injuries,” said Hodžić.

Given that a SFOR passenger motor vehicle was also involved in the accident, members of the helicopter service arrived at the scene of the accident by aircraft and transported the injured Italian to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with minor injuries.

The investigation was carried out by officers of the Travnik Police Station.
