K-1 tournament No Limit 8 was held last night in Zetra, and BiH fighter Dzevad Poturak was defending the title of world champion by WAKO version in the main fight of the night.
The opponent was Polish champion Michal Turynski, who took the title from our fighter.
Encouraged by the support of fans, Dzevad headed strongly into the match with the intention to keep his belt, but Turynski did not step back either, and he was looking for his chance and real kicks.
In the third round, our fighter hit and shook opponent several times, especially with the high kick, but Turynski stayed strong on his feet and fought back.
Turynski entered forcefully in the fourth round, but Dzevad expressly responded.
However, he was injured, and Polish fighter was much better in the fifth round. On the end, by the decision of the judge 2: 1, Turynski became the new champion by WAKO version.
“I lost the match after 12 years in Sarajevo, but that does not mean that I will not continue. Congratulations to the winner,” said defeated Poturak.
