Doctor Alen Dervišević, a respected orthopedist employed at the “Dr. Irfan Ljubijankić” hospital in Bihać, died suddenly today.

Alen is the son of Ramiza and Nurka Dervišević, parents known for their kindness and respect in the community.

His loss deeply affected not only his family, but also all the colleagues and patients who had the privilege of knowing him and who testify to his great kindness.
“Dervišević was not only an outstanding doctor, but also a wonderful son, father, husband, brother, neighbor… Everyone who knew him speaks of him only in superlatives, describing him as a person with a big heart and selfless dedication to his calling,” they stated  about him.

Together with other specialist colleagues, in February 2023, when a devastating earthquake hit Turkey, Dervišević took annual leave to go help the victims. This additionally speaks of his humanity and responsibility towards the medical profession, Klix.ba writes.
