American actor Vin Diesel has been accused of sexual abuse, and the lawsuit was filed by his former assistant with whom he worked during the filming of the 2010 film “Fast Five”.
Diesel’s lawyer has stated that the actor rejects all the accusations made against him by his former assistant Asta Jonasson, among them the claim that he pinned her against the wall while “performing a sexual act on himself”.
But that’s not all, because she accused the actor of illegal termination of cooperation. She was reportedly fired by Diesel’s company a few hours after the attack, which she claims took place that year.
The case is in court in Los Angeles, and Jonasson stated in the lawsuit that the attack took place at the St. Regis in Atlanta. She claims that Diesel overpowered her in her apartment and that he ignored her making it clear that she was bothered by his touching her.
The lawsuit stated that she screamed and ran towards the toilet, but that the actor “pinned her against the wall with his body”.
A few hours after the alleged incident, Diesel’s sister, who runs his company One Race Films, contacted her and told her she had been fired. Jonasson is also suing the popular actor’s sister as well as the company, Klix.ba writes.
