Address by the Israeli Prime Minister: Hamas Militants are doomed

In tonight’s address to the public, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that Israel is preparing for a ground invasion, and that “Hamas militants are doomed.”

He emphasized that Israeli troops have already “eliminated thousands of terrorists”, and that they are working “24 hours a day”.

In the latest announcement of the invasion, an Israeli official refused to give details about the ground offensive, saying that it was not known to the public and that “it should be like that”.

“I want to be very clear, the timing of the IDF operation is determined unanimously by the cabinet that conducts the war together with the Chief of Staff,” Netanyahu said.

“We are working to ensure the best optimal conditions for their next operations,” he added.

Addressing the Israelis, he urged them to “not for a single moment forget” those who were killed in Hamas attacks.

“It’s like you’re putting thousands of arrows into our bleeding heart,” he said announcing a day of national mourning in memory of the victims.

Netanyahu continued to call on the population to evacuate to southern Gaza, saying the country was helping citizens “acquire personal weapons in a controlled manner.”

“My role is to lead this country and its people to a total victory over our enemies,” underlined the Israeli Prime Minister.

“Together we will fight and together we will win,” he concluded.
