“Iranians are turning to Sarajevo. The number of arrivals from Iran to Sarajevo is currently not large, but the abolition of sanctions for Iran might facilitate the establishment of direct connections between these two countries,” it was stated.
It was also stated that, in the eyes of some citizens of the western countries, Sarajevo is still a place where a war took place, but that is not the case with people from the Middle East.
“The capital of BiH represents a heaven for people from the Middle East. The prices are quite low in comparison with other European cities. There are more and more foreign investors purchasing real estate,” MRO Network highlighted.
