Agreed Allocation of the Clearing Debt: FBiH gets 72 and the RS 36 Millions USD

debtThe Council of Ministers of BiH defined a Proposal Agreement between the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Government of the Russian Federation on regulating obligations of the former USSR in the settlement related to the exchange of goods between the former USSR and the former Yugoslavia with a report on performed negotiations.

According to the Agreement, clearing debt of the Russian Federation to BiH amounts to 125,157,834.38 USD.

From this amount, the Federation of BiH will receive 72,591,543.94 USD, or 58%, while the RS will receive 36,295,771.97 USD, or 29%. Institutions of BiH will receive 12,515,783.44 USD, or 10%, and Brcko District will receive 3754735 03 USD, or 3 %.

The Ministry of Finance and Treasury will deliver the Proposal Agreement to the Presidency of BiH for further procedure, and the Minister of Finance and Treasury has been suggested as a signatory.
