The Agreement on Road Transport between BiH and Georgia was signed on the margins of the TEN-T days. Minister Ismir Jusko signed the Agreement on behalf of the delegation of BiH, and on behalf of Georgia David Khutsishvili, Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.

This Agreement was agreed in the negotiations of delegations of BiH and Georgia, which took place on the 4th and 5th of November 2013 in Tbilisi, Georgia.

This Agreement will be applied to international road transport of passengers and cargo between BiH and Georgia, in transit through their national territories and from the national territory of a third country and the national territory of any of contracting parties, as well as transport in return, which is carried by vehicles that are registered in the national territory of any of the parties.
