BiH is faced with numerous challenges and the functioning of the FBiH government is crucial for progress of states towards the joint goal for prosperity and EuroAtlantic integration, said the British Ambassador to BiH Nigel Casey.

He warns that without the full composition of the Constitutional Court, the FBiH Constitution cannot adequately function.

With this in mind, he says that it is in the great interest of all sides who respect democracy and who wish to see an effective functioning of the FBiH in order to fill as many job vacancies as possible.

“It is not for us to comment on who should form the government at any level in BiH, but it is important for us that constitutional procedures and democratic values are respected at all levels. For that reason, we urge for constitutional mechanisms, with the goal of protecting the interests of constituent people, are not abused to promote the interest of political parties’’, said the British Ambassador to BiH.
