Commenting the recent elections in B&H (the results are not yet confirmed), ambassador Hellbach pointed out that has great expectations from the future authorities in B&H.

“We, Germany and EU, have great expectations we address to the new government. We would like to see the new government formed as soon as possible because we want to do some serious work on the necessary reforms.” – stated the German ambassador in his statement for the press at the ceremony of handover of the newest German donation for the Border Police of B&H.

At the same time, he underlined their readiness to cooperate with B&H and willingness to support all positive efforts related to it.

“We need partners in B&H who are ready to work on the economic reforms. We need and look for partners ready to turn B&H into a functional country ready for progress.” – stated ambassador Hellbach.
