Ambassador of the USA in BiH Patrick Moon stated yesterday in Bijeljina that the changes to the Constitution of Federation of BiH could be adopted before the general elections in 2014.

Moon stated that there is a consensus that the Constitution of FBiH created certain institutions that exist on several levels. Moon added that those institutions are too expensive and that according to the Constitution, they do not meet the needs of the citizens.

Talking about the current situation in BiH, ambassador Moon said that it is a good thing that there are no vacancies in the Council of Ministers of BiH. Moon added that now he expects intensive work on several projects that will help BiH to advance towards the EU.
