Ambassador Sorensen to visit Operational and Communication Centre of Bosnia and Herzegovina on Saturday morning

PETER-SORENSENHead of EU Delegation to Bosnia and Herzegovina and EU Special Representative, Ambassador Peter Sorensen, will visit Operational and Communication Centre of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which is tasked with coordination efforts in providing assistance for flooded areas in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Ambassador Sorensen will meet with B&H Ministry of Security Secretary, Bakir Dautbasic, and the Centre’s staff which do important work in days when country is affected by natural disaster. The Head of EU Delegation/EUSR will inform Mr Dautbasic on EU efforts to help Bosnia and Herzegovina in this difficult times.

The visit is scheduled on Saturday, 17 May 2014, at 10.30 hrs, at Operational and Communication Centre of B&H, Trg BiH 1, Sarajevo

Ambassador Sorensen and Secretary Dautbasic will address media after the visit.

Media representatives are cordially invited to this visit are advised to arrive 15 minutes early.
