The American ACS AGE Holdings Inc. took over the majority ownership in the company Pobjeda – Technology JSC Gorazde.
The company from the city of Topeka in the state of Kansas bought 50.0015 percent of shares in the Gorazde manufacturer of sports, hunting and commercial ammunition, which were previously owned by the Russian Ammunition Production Company Uljanovsk.
The transaction worth 2.652.751,80 BAM was performed on the Sarajevo Stock Exchange on August 14th.
On that occasion, 33.118 shares of Pobjeda Sport changed the owner.
In the first half of 2015, the company achieved a net profit of 494.000 BAM, and it employs 141 workers.
The other major shareholders of Pobjeda – Technology Gorazde JSC are Kadrija Kolic with 26.5 percent, Hasan Tafro with 20.3 percent, etc.
