After the successful cooperation of Sarajevo Talent Campus with the American Film Academy during the 18th Sarajevo Film Festival, the American Film Academy expressed the will for further cooperation with STC.
Last July, during the 6th STC there was a video conference on topic: ‘The Digital Future is Here: The Changing Reality of Making Motion Pictures’, and the intention of the 7th STC is to hold a series of lectures and workshops for young talents of South-Eastern Europe. This program is being held as a part of the program ‘Global Outreach’.
Coordinator of STC Asja Makarević met with representatives of the American Film Academy, and they discussed details about the program which will be held from 20 to 24 August 2013.
Young talented people will have the opportunity to participate in the workshops which will be led by guests from the USA, and they will have the opportunity to expand their knowledge about directing, acting etc.
During her visit to the USA, Makarević also attended the panel discussion ‘Oscar Celebrates: Foreign Language Films’
