American Investors to Invest in Telecommunication Sector

MVPBiH - AMERIÈKI INVESTITORI ULAŽU U TELEKOMUNIKACIJSKI SEKTOR I SLIÈNE DJELATNOSTIDeputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and B&H Minister of Foreign Affairs Zlatko Lagumdžija met in Sarajevo with representatives of one of the leading American Investment Funds, KKR( Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. ), led by the Executive Director of KKR Global Institute Vance Serchuk.

Representatives of KKR Fund informed Minister Lagumdžija about the work of KKR investment fund, plans to invest in B&H and in the region in the field of telecommunications and similar activities, and in particular on the activities for the launching of a regional television channel “N1”-an exclusive partner of the famous American television network CNN.

They underlined the commitment of the KKR group to present in B&H investments for a long period, which would contribute to the development of competition, and thus better services in the B&H telecommunications market.

KKR is a partner of the “United Group”, as well as of the famous cable operator Telemach, and leading regional television provider Total TV, announced the PR office of the B&H Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
