An earthquake of magnitude 2.8 on the Richter scale was registered near Banja Luka, the Republic Hydrometeorological Institute announced.
The epicenter was about 10 kilometers north of Banja Luka, in the vicinity of Bukovica.
The earthquake was located last night at 11:13 p.m. by the network of seismological stations of the Republic Hydrometeorological Institute.
The estimated intensity in the epicentral zone was four degrees on the Mercalli scale.
