A positive story comes from the Donji Vakuf. The entrepreneur decided to help fulfill the dream of a family of seven who now lives in one room of about 20 square meters.

In the inhabited village of Barice near Donji Vakuf, a house and a dulum of land with another auxiliary building are for sale for only 1,950 euros or 3,900 BAM. However, that is a lot of money for the seven-member family of Emina and Mersedin Kicin, who live in a small room of about 20 square meters.

The president of the local community of Vrbas, Fehidin Burzic, launched an action and called on people to help this seven-member family buy a house so they could have a roof over their heads. The family with five children now lives in one room in Emina’s mother’s house. Namely, as many as 15 members of the immediate and extended family live in that one house.

Journalist Srecko Stipovic prepared a video story about their situation, and only an hour after the sad story was published, the journalist was contacted by a well-known cattle rancher and entrepreneur from Kakanj, Muhamed Musija, who bought a dilapidated house and land and decided to donate them to a family who dreams of their own home.

Now money is being collected to restore the house to make it more appropriate for living.

Also, Hidajet Mushija from Germany, where he works, a relative of Muhammed, called and promised to pay for the complete carpentry for the house of the Kicin family from Donji Vakuf.

Everyone who participated in spreading the story and providing help believes that there will be a donation for the roof and that the family will move into their house by spring, Klix.ba reports.
