The Regulatory Commission for Energy in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FERK) has approved an increase in the price of electricity for households supplied by the public supplier Public Enterprise Elektroprivreda BiH.

The average increase in the price of electricity for households is 10.04 percent, and the new prices will start to apply from August 1, 2024.

FERC had previously rejected the request of Elektroprivreda BiH, which envisaged an increase in the price of electricity according to the so-called block tariffs.
